Guarantees & Warrantees
All Greggson Ltd products are warranted by the manufacturer to the original owner to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 24 months from date of purchase. Our warranty is not cover against any modifications made to our products after they have left the factory and also not for unusual use of the parts. An exhaust must be installed by an authorized garage to comply with the conditions of the new.
Shipping Policy
We deliver via DPD. Our warehouse is not open to the public. No local pickup will be allowed. Orders will usually be processed and shipped within 9 working days.
Return Policy
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. If the item was to be returned, we do not take the costs of the postage, the buyer will. Returned products must not have been i installed or otherwise show signs of wear. No refunds or exchange are given on any part that has been modified or painted. Refunds will be credited according to your original method of payment within 20 working days. Any cancellations and returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions, and hardware.
Cancellation
If you cancel the order after it is processed, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee. If you cancel the order after shipment, you will be responsible for both the shipping and handling charges and the shipping charges for return. The shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Damaged Package
If your exhaust is damaged in transit, we will gladly send you a replacement. Please keep the original packaging for DPD to pickup and inspect. A damaged product can only be exchanged, and cannot be returned to refund. If customer requests to return the product a 20% restocking fee will be charged and shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Invalid Delivery
Address If the delivery address is invalid and your merchandise is undeliverable, you will be responsible for both the shipping and handling charges and the shipping charges for return incurred by the unsuccessful delivery. The shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Shipment Refusal
If your merchandise arrives at the delivery address and is refused, you will be responsible for both the shipping and handling charges and the shipping charges for return incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. The shipping and handling charges are not refundable. |
